If the audiobook isn't working

My audio book wasn't working the first time I opened the app and purchased the audio version. And it wasn't loading properly. And after a little bit I deleted the app and reinstalled which it let you restore purchases so you don't lose money. Then try downloading the chapters again and it should work

Forced content timers make it impossible to move through content at a reasonable speed

I bought the audiobook in the app and the content for study material. It was quite expensive for both but slightly less than the cost of the book. It's great in theory but really unusable in practice as it doesn't allow you to move to the next page without waiting on a ridiculously slow timer even if you've already gone through it once and are looking for something specific. Why cant I just move around at my own pace?? Also if you get a question wrong, back you go to the content and have to watch every video again and wait because of the stupid timer. I'm not a slow reader and I find it infuriating to read a page and then have to wait several minutes before I can progress. What ends up happening is I put my phone down for several minutes and come back later so I can go to the next page! Please fix this issue! 10 hours to learn 1 hour of content and I thought I would be able to use this as a reference later on, but not if it has to be slow and sequential.

Bummer

After purchasing a hard copy of the book for class. I also bought the app to help with studying. I saw that there was an audiobook. Being that I drive 1 hour to and from class,4 days a week, I thought it'd be a helpful way to get ahead on reading the book, even though there was an unplanned additional cost to have the audiobook outside the original app cost. I had to Pay extra for the quiz portion as well, so I'm still unsure what the fee for the app was for since everything is an additional cost. Now, two weeks of using the app & audiobook, the app is no longer working. I've downloaded, used wifi, and used cellular service. And the audio book is no longer working. There is no way to contact anyone. For technical support , or a refund. So being mid academy this is a major bummer.

Then additional resources like the exam prep, interactive course, and audiobook are available at an additional cost.
